Originally developed for the course Software Project Management, PM Stocket is run by the Cognitive and Digital Science Lab (CoDiS Lab) at Graz University of Technology. Located in Graz, Austria, the CoDiS Lab is part of the Institute of Interactive Systems and Data Science (ISDS). The initial goal of the gamification platform was, and still is, to motivate learners with the educational course content and to interact with others in a playful manner - of course with resulting rewards for the actual course.
Since the launch of the platform in 2021, the system has been brought into use for the summer terms 2021, 2022 and 2023 with more than 600 students in total. In its current version, PM Stocket offers a joyful experience to learners by providing a feed, a customizable visual representation of groups, a trading mechanism, rewards, quizzes, leaderboards and a live Q&A feature.
Our gamification platform motivates learners to excel in their studies and interests by gaining rewards for diverse activities.
